1. Shipping Options and Rates

We offer the following shipping options based on the weight of your order and your preferred delivery speed:

Economy Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days.
  • Rates: (amounts in USD; the equivalent in your local currency — e.g. EUR, CHF — is shown at checkout)
    • Free for orders of $50.00 USD or more (local equivalent shown at checkout).
    • $4.90 for orders weighing between 0lb and 5lb.
    • $19.90 for orders weighing between 5lb and 70lb.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 4 business days.
  • Rates: (amounts in USD; the equivalent in your local currency — e.g. EUR, CHF — is shown at checkout)
    • $6.90 for orders weighing between 0lb and 1lb.
    • $9.90 for orders weighing between 1lb and 5lb.

2. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

3. Delivery Regions

We currently deliver to the following regions:

  • United States and Europe: Delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days.
  • Rest of the World: Delivery may take up to 30 days depending on destination and customs clearance.

4. Shipping Limitations

  • We do not deliver to countries or regions under shipping restrictions or embargoes.
  • Certain regions may experience extended delivery times due to logistical challenges or customs processing.

5. Taxes, Duties, and Customs

For international deliveries (outside the United States and Europe), additional taxes, import duties, or customs fees may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We aim to provide a seamless shipping experience; however, issues may occur:

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at contact@mikasshop.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please provide photos of the damage and the packaging within 7 days to request a replacement or refund.

7. Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Peak seasons (e.g., holidays).
  • Customs processing for international shipments.
  • Carrier-related issues (e.g., weather disruptions).
